The Next Generation of Financial Advisor
Preet Banerjee, B.Sc., FMA, DMS is a former stockbroker and financial planner. He has garnered national press coverage for actively promoting the reduction of investment costs and the provision of complete transparency in industry compensation practices.
Preet was recently featured in the national press by Jonathan Chevreau of the National Post (one of Canada’s premier financial journalists) who wrote:
“Banerjee is typical of a new breed of financial advisor I see on the rise in Canada.”
This comment was in part based on Preet’s view that low-cost passive investment products (such as index mutual funds and exchange traded index funds) can play important roles in client portfolios - a view usually associated with ‘do it yourself’ investors.
